  • Certified reflexologist who specializes in hands and feet treatments

Ingrid Gazdikova

Ingrid is a certified reflexologist who specializes in hands and feet treatments. She has been applying reflexology to her family and friends and case studies volunteers over couple of years and has decided to offer it further to those who would appreciate this beautiful and healing modality that dates back to Ancient Egypt.

Ingrid has been attracting reflexology past two decades through reflexology charts and books, through friends and their reflexology experiences as well as her own experiences after which she always felt heavenly before she began taking courses with Canadian Reflexology School based in Victoria, BC.

Ingrid loves to see how reflexology makes people feel, how relaxed and calm they are, because only in that relaxation state, the body is able to heal and restore and return to a state of equilibrium.

What is reflexology?

“Reflexology is an art and science based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears. The feet, hands and ears are microcosm of the body, reflecting the entire body; all the organs and glands. By applying pressure with specific thumb and finger techniques, reflexology will reduce tension, promote relaxation, increase circulation and bring body back to balance/homeostasis.”
