Class Types
Group Pilates Class
With use of the Reformer, Tower, Mat, or a combo, this is low-impact, full body workout, that blends dynamic, flowing movements with targeted, spring based resistance. We will be focusing on the breath, control and alignment, allowing for more focused isolation work.
Class is suitable for all levels, with modifications available.
Stretch and Reformer
This is a slow paced, low-impact, restorative session using the reformer, as well as the use of props such as bands and balls to release tension and improve mobility. You can expect plenty of spinal mobility exercises moving through flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation.

Pilates Circuit
This class is a station-based workout that combines classical Pilates principles, with interval training. Typically, the class rotates through apparatus such as the reformer, jumpboard, tower, chair, barrel along with more contemporary equipment such as BOSU balls.
